Mold Damage – Beverly Hills Home

Mold damage struck this Beverly Hills home due to water leakage from a supply line. The water leakage along with the darkness of the affected area created the perfect breeding ground for a mold gallery to begin. When confronted with this type of mold damage our highly trained technicians would first construct a containment area to isolate the affected area and to prevent mold spores from traveling throughout the house while we cleaned up the mold damage. The applied microbial remediation team would then cut out a two-foot section of drywall at the bottom of the affected area to allow us to dry and treat the interior of the walls. They would then set up commercial air dryers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying phase of the project. The affected areas would then be treated by an antimicrobial substance to inhibit any future mold growth.
