Water damage – Beverly Hills Home

Water damage occurred at this unoccupied Beverly Hills home during a series of bad thunderstorms that broke windows with flying debris. When we were called to the site to assess the damages, this entire room was engulfed in water and moisture laden building materials. The engineered laminate flooring was ruined, and the drywall was soaked beyond any hope of restoration. We were required to tear out the drywall and the flooring in order to thoroughly dry the structural elements of the walls and to dry the subflooring appropriately. We performed all of the water damage remediation and installed a new wood floor in less than three weeks. The after photo shows why the property owner was so satisfied with the work performed.
